The Garashe service is offered by Pedro Pujol Garrido, an individual based in Spain, with contact available at help@garashe.com, as an information society service provider under Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

Garashe is a digital tool for keeping track of a personal vehicle portfolio. It lets users register cars, associate photographs and data with them, follow the estimated market value of each one, and share a public profile with their followers if they choose to.

Garashe is not a marketplace: it does not facilitate the purchase or sale of vehicles, does not act as an intermediary in any transaction, does not charge a commission on sales, and does not guarantee the availability or price of any car that appears on the service or in its external sources.

To use most Garashe features you need to create an account. By registering, you declare that:

• You are at least 16 years old, the minimum age under Spanish legislation on digital consent of minors.

• The information you provide is truthful and you will update it if it ceases to be so.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You will inform help@garashe.com of any unauthorized use of your account that you detect.

The controller may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice if the breach poses an immediate risk to the service or its users.

By using Garashe, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, racist, violent, sexual, or otherwise rights-infringing content.

• Impersonate any other person or entity.

• Register vehicles you do not own with the intention of misleading other users about ownership. This does not prevent you from registering vehicles out of personal interest (for example, cars you aspire to own), as long as you do not explicitly claim to be the current owner when you are not.

• Upload photographs over which you do not hold sufficient rights (see section 5).

• Attempt to access parts of the service that are not intended for you, circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer the service, or automate its use without authorization.

• Use the service for mass scraping, unauthorized indexing, or training artificial intelligence models on service data or data of other users.

When you upload content to Garashe (vehicle photographs, car data, messages on the help form, biography, etc.) you retain all rights over that content. Garashe does not claim ownership of it.

By uploading content, you grant Garashe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to store it, display it on your profile (private or public according to your settings), process it technically for the service to work, and display reasonable derivative versions (for example, thumbnails, mobile-resized images). This license ends when you delete the content or when you delete your account and the grace period described in section 8 is completed.

By uploading content, you warrant that:

• You have the right to do so: the photograph is yours, you have permission from the rights holder, or it is under a compatible license.

• The content does not infringe intellectual property, image, privacy, or any other third-party rights.

• The vehicle data you register is reasonably accurate and not fabricated with the intent to deceive other users.

The controller reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content deemed to breach these terms or applicable law, without prior notice in urgent cases. If your content is removed by moderation, we will notify you by email with the reason, and you may appeal by writing to help@garashe.com.

Garashe displays algorithmic estimates of the market value of many vehicles. These valuations are informational and do not constitute a professional appraisal, a purchase offer, or an investment recommendation. You should not base purchase, sale, insurance, warranty, or financing decisions solely on these figures.

The controller is not responsible for the economic consequences arising from the use of the service's valuations. For detail on how they are calculated and what sources they come from, see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

The name "Garashe", its logo, the interface design, the source code of the public frontend, the interface translations, and any other content produced by the controller are the property of Pedro Pujol Garrido, except for third-party licenses applicable to libraries, typefaces, or components used.

Copying, redistributing, modifying, or commercially using these elements without written authorization from the holder is not permitted, beyond the normal use of the service that a user makes by browsing it.

Some illustrative images shown on public parts of the service (for example, on the home page or in model pages) may come from Wikimedia Commons or other public sources with specific licenses, and are cited on the credits page where appropriate.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. The deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which your account is no longer publicly visible and your data is inaccessible, but can be restored if you email help@garashe.com to request it. After the 30 days, the deletion is definitive and irreversible.

Deleting your account does not extinguish obligations you may have breached before deletion (for example, infringements of these terms that may have given rise to liability).

Garashe is offered "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The controller commits to applying reasonable diligence to keep the service operational, secure, and useful, but does not guarantee:

• That the service will be available uninterruptedly or error-free.

• That market valuations, vehicle model data, VIN decodings, or any other information derived from external sources is complete, accurate, or up to date.

• That the service is suitable for any specific purpose other than keeping a personal vehicle record.

The controller will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, data loss attributable to your own use or to third-party provider failures, or for economic decisions you make based on information from the service.

If your breach of these Terms causes damage to the controller or to third parties (for example, claims by rights holders for content you have uploaded), you agree to hold the controller harmless from that liability, including reasonable defense costs, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to the life and integrity of persons, as required by applicable law.

The controller may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, in whole or in part, particularly when changes are minor or improvements. For substantive changes that affect important user rights or features, reasonable advance notice will be given.

If we modify these Terms in a substantive way, we will notify you by email at the address you registered with and, when appropriate, ask you to accept it again. Minor changes will be published directly on this page by updating the "last updated" date.

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any controversy related to the service:

• If you act as a consumer, you may resort to the courts of your place of residence or, where applicable, to the European online dispute resolution platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• If you act as a company or professional, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the controller's domicile, unless the law requires otherwise.

In case of any discrepancy between this English version and the Spanish version of these Terms, the Spanish version shall prevail.
